  1. Canada Pavilion – Shell Scheme Packages: Shell Schemes are pre-built stands inclusive of walls, carpet, lights, 1 x 4amp power, 1 company facia sign (no furniture included).
    1. Minimum booking is 6sqm (2m x 3m). Pricing from AUD 5700 onwards | CAD 5200 (approx.)
  1. Raw Space Only + Custom Build
    1. Minimum booking for Space Only is 18sqm (3m x 6m).

Final Booking Deadlines 25 April 2026. Subject To Availability.

Cancellation Policy:

  • For Exhibitors: Cancellations for booked booths and/or space will only be permitted on formal approval from National Media (Show Organisers). Contractual terms and conditions apply.
  • For Trade Delegates: Cancellations are only accepted up-to 60 days to the event with a CAD 75 deduction. After this point, no cancellations are accepted unless formally approved by Meeraki Media & Events.
